Frequently Asked Questions

1.  Can I pick up?
Yes, I highly recommend picking up your ordered item. It's FREE to pick up.  During the holidays, I usually have a 3 hour pick-up window.  If you have a certain time you need please let me know. 223 Haddon Ave. West Berlin, NJ (I'm in the back of the Sprinklz ice cream building)

2.  Do I deliver?
Yes, I can deliver within South Jersey and typically use an Uber package deliver.  This means I schedule an Uber courier in a given 30 minute window.  For ex.  Uber pick up window 11-11:30 a.m. (your items will be placed in the Uber between this time).  Simply tell me what time you would like your order and I will order the Uber courier.  

3.  Do I deliver to Philadelphia?
Yes, I can but I would have to be available to do the delivery & I would charge both ways, plus the cost of the toll.  I have yet to find an Uber package pick up that will go into Philly.  

4.  Can I pick the cheeses & meats on my board?
Yes & No.  It is best to tell me what cheeses and meats you do not prefer.  I use a variety of cheeses and meats for every crowd to enjoy.  
I try to use seasonal cheeses and you can request a certain cheese, however, it might not be available.  

5.  Will you do a themed board or graze?
Of course, I totally geek out with a theme.  If you send me inspiration pics, I can use them, but it will not be exactly the same.  
I try my best to incorporate your theme within the timeframe given.  

6.  How far in advance do I need to order?
I always so a minimum of 3 days is preferred.  But as much time as you can give me is preferrable, especially, if I need to order themed items.  
However, once payment is made I save the date, time and your service even if it is 6 months-12 months from now.  

7.  Can you do a same day board?
Yes & No, this highly depends of the day & time.  I would recommend calling me (Megan) 856-534-0392 to discuss.  I know everyone likes to text, but in this case talking for a minute is needed.  

8.  Can I accommodate food preferences?
Absolutely!!  First thing I ask is there any allergies.
Please let me know if you need gluten free or vegan options.  
You can also let me know if you hate a certain cheese, or dislike cantaloupe on your fruit board-I will definitely not include items you don't like.  

9.  Can I send you pictures of exactly what I want?
Of course, please do, but know I do not and creativity will not do it exactly like the pictures.  Even if you are using an old picture of mine-NO 2 cups, boxes, boards or grazes are the same.  
I will use the picture as inspiration and if there is a certain look of say how I cut and styled the brie, please tell me and I can do it, but its best to allow me to be creative.  

10.  Where do I pick up?
223 Haddon Ave, West Berlin, NJ 08091.  I am literally in the building of Sprinklz ice cream.  If you head toward the back of the building, before you get to the ramp there are stairs (with my sign).  Give a little knock, knock and head in. 
I always send a picture of your item and a picture of where to pick up as a reminder. 

11.  Do you have a set pick up date & time? 
Yes, I will confirm with you the date and the time.  If this has not happened, please reach out to me 856-534-0392.  

12.  Why can't I order right from your website?
Right now you can only order items in my shop directly from the website.  I have it set up that way so I can check my availability and its only me, myself and I running this charcuterie biz.  

13.  What items can I order on your website?
I have partnered with Sprinklz ice cream to offer you their gourmet popcorn and it does not disappoint & yes it can be shipped.  
Other items available are:
candied pecans
creamed honey
vanilla sugar
pumpkin pancake mix (seasonal)
cheese knives

14.  Can I bring you a board to style cheese & charcuterie on?
Yes, you can & I have done this many times.  You will need to drop off the board at my place of business or my home.  If you give me the dimensions of the board/box, I can tell you how much the food & labor will cost.  Board/box will be made food safe if it isn't already & shrink wrapped for easy transfer to the car.  

15.  Do you do custom wood boards?
YES!!  I know an amazing wood worker that can pretty much do any size board and shape.  He will also engrave a name, a logo, you name it for just a little extra.  He is so talented.  These make a great corporate gift or just want people to remember you.
